Institutional Account Opening Checklist

In compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure we have a complete understanding of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Please refer to the following required KYC documents and forms

Step1. Basic KYC (Corporate) (CTC)

CTC (Certified True Copy Verification) supports two methods:

Method 1: Take a clear video of the materials and reply via email or send it to the concierge. No additional operations are required, and there is no extra cost.

Method 2: Complete the verification by directly engaging a practicing accountant, lawyer, notary public, or member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS)

Step2. Verification (CTC)

Directors, authorized signatories, beneficial owners holding 25% or more of the shares

Step4. Supplement Fund Deposit/Withdrawal Documents

1. Option 1: If you only use Bitfire Crypto Services and are not involved in fiat-to-crypto exchange or fiat deposit/withdrawal, you do not need to supplement the fund deposit/withdrawal documents.

2. Option 2: If you require fiat-to-crypto exchange services and hold a same-name physical bank account, please provide the physical bank statement/monthly bank statement.

3. Option 3: If you have additional fiat currency needs (e.g., paying trade payments, etc.), please complete the attached form "3. Corporate Account Opening Due Diligence Form

Step5. Please attach the above documents and reply to us via email

Upon receipt of your documents, we will process your application promptly. Provided that all required materials are complete, the account opening is expected to be completed within 7 business days.
