Can a tourist VISA or work VISA be used as a foreign visa?

Hello, tourist VISAs are not accepted; work VISAs must meet the condition of allowing a stay of more than 6 months per entry.

Address Proof Requirements

All customers are required to submit valid proof of address, which must be an official document issued by the government of their country of residence (excluding Mainland China). The requirements are as follows:

Acceptable proof of address documents include statements issued by the following institutions:

  • Bank or credit card statement

  • Telecommunications company bill (e.g., mobile phone, television services)

  • Utility bill (e.g., water, electricity, gas)

  • Letter from a government department or agency (e.g., tax statement)

Electronic files (e.g., scanned copies) or photos of physical documents are acceptable. The file must include the following key elements:

  • Full page (A4) or complete document (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG)

  • Document requirements: Please upload the original proof of address, which must include the name and address. Ensure the document is clear and complete (no obstruction, blurring, or tampering)

  • Name: The name on the proof of address must match the name on the identity document

  • Issue date: Must be issued within the last 3 months

  • Address type: Only residential/apartment addresses are accepted. Commercial addresses (e.g., offices, hotels, commercial buildings, etc.) are not acceptable

How long does the account opening process take to complete?

If the submitted materials are complete and meet compliance requirements, individual accounts are generally opened within 3 business days, while corporate accounts typically opened within 7 business days. If your documents are rejected, you may resubmit them after addressing the reasons for rejection.
