data held by SINOHOPE TRUST or LURK or SINOHOPE DIGITAL when complying with the requirements\
of applicable personal data protection laws including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486\
of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”) with respect to the collection, use and management of personal\

(which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that the\
following personal data will be used for marketing SINOHOPE GROUP’s products and services: your\
name, contact details, and all other information as provided by you during or after initial registration.\
SINOHOPE GROUP shall send you marketing communications such as direct-mail, email, telephone and\
SMS containing news, offers and promotions on products and services.\
