Notice of Account Opening

This application form allows clients to open a general account with Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (“SINOHOPE GROUP”), which offers both Trust and OTC services.SINOHOPE TRUST COMPANY LIMITED (“SINOHOPE TRUST”) is licensed by Companies Registry in Hong Kong for Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers (“TCSP”) regulated activities with TC007494, subject to certain licensing conditions as set out in its licensed records available at the TCSP’s public register. SINOHOPE TRUST is one of the subsidiaries of SINOHOPE GROUP. SINOHOPE TRUST will provide custodial services, in cases where the client selects custodial services as part of their account setup. As part of the SINOHOPE TRUST’s account opening process, you are required to complete this application form and to provide supporting documents (including all documents required under any laws, regulations or guidelines issued by any regulatory or tax authorities, if applicable). You must provide information and documents that are valid, true, complete, accurate and up to date. The information is required from you for SINOHOPE TRUST’s compliance with its customer due diligence policy, local laws and regulations and/or international standards. This application form is for the purpose of opening an account and/or applying for services by new or existing customers. Failure to provide the required information may result in SINOHOPE TRUST’s inability to process your application and/or to provide services to you. LURK TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“LURK”) is a registered Money Services Business (“MSB”) with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (“FINTRAC”), bearing registration number M24247758. LURK is one of the subsidiaries of Sinohope Group. LURK or SINOHOPE TRUST will provide Over-the-Counter (OTC) trading services, in cases where the client selects OTC services as part of their account setup. SINOHOPE DIGITAL LIMITED (“SINOHOPE DIGITAL”) is licensed by Registrar of International Business Companies in Republic of Seychelles as an international business company (Company No: 237380). SINOHOPE DIGITAL is one of the subsidiaries of SINOHOPE GROUP. Please ensure that all the information provided is valid, true, complete, accurate and up to date. Supporting documents must be submitted as required by applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines issued by regulatory or tax authorities. Failure to provide the requested information may result in SINOHOPE TRUST and/or LURK being unable to process your application or provide the requested services.
